a balanced experience
room upgrade comfy suite large bed dirty rooms unclean windows dusty sills
i received a room upgrade. the suite was large and comfy. it included a sitting area and a very large bed.
the rooms seemed dirty. the carpet and windows were not clean. dust was on the sills and it was never cleaned.

The breakfast buffet included a good variety. I also had dinner in the dairy restaurant one night. I ordered from a menu. The next night, dinner was in the dining room (it had a buffet).
The staff was not very cute upon arrival. Even though I have Expedia Platinum status, I had to ask for the benefits. The bedroom looked somewhat old.

The staff explained everything properly upon arrival. I received a welcome drink at the lobby bar. The room included a coffee maker and a kettle.
The room was quite hot, with no way to turn off the heating. The cleaning was noticeably poor. Common areas needed more attention, as they were often dirty.

totally amazing stay!
welcome drink voucher spacious room tasty shabbat meals
this hotel is awesome, i loved the included welcome drink voucher upon my arrival! plus, the rooms are super spacious, i seemed like a queen. the food was excellent especially the tasty shabbat meals, like wow!
the mikvah was not functional though they advertised it, that bummed me out. i was hoping for a relaxing experience but it was unavailable, a major letdown.

my room included shabbat lights that's so cool. i also liked the hot water machine available in the room. it had a nice couch bed and two people can sleep there.
